vibration monitoring
system to a wide variety of customers. We have deployed our monitoring systems
on a 3 to 6-month contractual basis to major semiconductor companies. They have used
our systems to monitor the levels of ground floor vibration and acoustic noise during their construction
nearby a wafer fabrication or inspection plant.
