For a number of years, we have worked with many semiconductor
equipment makers in evaluating passive or active isolation tables made by various vendors.
This was more or less done to verify the claims made by these vendors in
effectiveness of their vibration isolation tables or devices. In addition to our
close working relationship with the semiconductor equipment manufacturers in advising them
of vibration isolation solutions, we have advised and helped various vibration isolation
table suppliers.
